One of the Best in Europe for the Last Decade
The FC Barcelona professional futsal team began from a group of former professional football players that would get together and compete wearing the Barcelona jersey. In September 1978, the club officially adopted the futsal team and it began its play in the Catalan third division. After two very successful seasons, the team ascended to the first division. During the next 20 years the futsal club would face some hard times, but after the 2005/2006 season the club decided to invest in turning its futsal team into an elite one.
Over the next couple of years, the team established themselves as one of the best in European futsal. In 2010/2011, the team had a breakout season sweeping all four competitions in which they competed: the League, the Spanish Cup, the Copa del Rey, and the Catalonian Cup.

Teams can enjoy a 5 day experience in which they will train with FC Barcelona Lassa academy coaches and play friendly games against top Spanish teams
DAY 1
- AM – Arrival in Barcelona International Airport
- PM – Light training with your own coaches
DAY 2
- AM – Training session #1 with FC Barcelona Lassa academy coaches
- PM – Tour FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou Stadium, museum, and super store
- PM – Attend La Liga or LNFS match
DAY 3
- AM – Guided city tour and free time to explore city
- PM – Competitive Match #1 against a top Spanish team
DAY 4
- AM – Training session #2 with FC Barcelona Lassa academy coaches
- PM – Sightseeing at the beautiful mountain Montserrat and its monastery
DAY 5
- AM – Departure from Barcelona International Airport
A school back pack will be ideal, as it will be used daily. Here are some of the essentials:
- Passport and COPY of passport
- Two passport photos, to be used for visa
- Outlet power converter
- Chargers
- Electronics – phone, camera, tablet
- Reusable water bottle
- List of emergency contacts
- Medication
Program Details
The methodology is the same used in training sessions in FC Barcelona Lassa youth academies and includes:
- 2 training sessions with FC Barcelona Lassa academy coaches.
- 1 competitive match against a top Spanish youth team.
- Individual assessment in order to improve and perfect skills.
- Comprehensive methods for technical and tactical development.

Day 7
- AM – Training session #4 with FC Barcelona Lassa academy coaches
